Solution: Now the data are loaded correctly. ====================================================================================================== 6.1-00 Date: 10/03/2001 Module: CadraLIB News: CadraLIB can now work on drawings with any unit of measure, not only millimeters. In any case it remains a METRIC library: the inserted components are in mm. as indicated in the CadraLIB GUI. Also the library functions which start programs to draw parts require inputs in millimeters (e.g. the dimensions to draw a shaft, the mounting distance to locate a retaining ring on a shaft, etc.). When the programs of the "ISO system of limits and fits" work on a drawing which unit is not millimeter and the secondary unit is enabled in the Dimension Style, the secondary value is supposed to be in mm and extracted as the dimension value to apply the tolerance. If the drawing is in mm and the secondary unit is enabled, the primary value is extracted. Date: 09/19/2001 Module: CadraLIB: ISO system of limits and fits News: Using the programs of the ISO system of limits and fits on a drawing set in inch, if the secondary dimensions are enabled, the second value is used as the dimension value to which the tolerance is applied. If the drawing is in inch with secondary dimensions, the primary value is extracted. "Edit hole": new menu option in Cadra GUI, which allows to change the holes data in the table; the co-ordinates on the center cannot be changed (geometries ARE NOT changed). 2. "Move hole": new menu option in Cadra GUI, which allows to move a hole which has already been dimensioned with this procedure (and then numbered and contained in the table). It moves the hole entities (with the axes, is existing, and the hole number) and updates the center co-ordinates of the hole in the table. 3. now the procedure can handle "unknown" holes, that is such holes which are not included in the standard types, which were recognized by the previous version of the procedure (i.e. 3 concentric circles, threaded holes with the arc which is not precisely of 270°, etc.): in the form to be filled in with the hole data, only the center co-ordinates are indicated, and the conventional string "***" is put in the "hole type" field, which the user can replace with the correct name. 4. the editable fields are never mandatory (that is they can be left blank) 5. you can set the number of decimal places for the co-ordinates of the holes centers in the table: in the configuration file .\CADRA_LIB\DimHoles\DimHoles.ini set the key "NumDecCoord=" to the number of decimal places you need (max 5) 6. you can set the parameters of the text to fill in the table. In the configuration file .\CADRA_LIB\DimHoles\DimHoles.ini set the keys: txtHei=3.5 : text height txtWid=1.832 : text width txtHor=2.5 : horizontal spacing txtVer=5.25 : vertical spacing txtFont=0 : font number txtSlant=0 : gradi di inclinazione yMarg=3.0 : vertical margins in the table rows WARNING: the columns width is fix. 7. you can add a column to the standard ones of the table. In the configuration file .\CADRA_LIB\DimHoles\DimHoles.ini set the keys: colTit=TITLE : column header colWid=10 : column width, as number of characters. The column is created and handled when ColTit is not empty and ColWidth is set to a value greater than 0. If the origin was chosen in the center of a hole, the above mentioned small circle identifying the origin was by mistake interpreted as part of the geometry of the hole Solution: FIXED Date: 05/17/2001 Module: CadraLIB: Utilities (edit X-hatch / pattern) Error: Some particular x-hatch / pattern areas were not correctly recreated (e.g. a profile with a portion of a circle) Solution: FIXED WARNING: this utility works correctly only with x-hatch / pattern areas NOT acrossed by lines or arcs and not containing entities, that is on SINGLE areas. The hatch is recreated with the new parameters only in the simple area where the selection was made. Sometimes you can come across this limitation by temporarily blanking these "disturbing" entities.
